When we experience negative emotions whether it is fear, hurt, abandonment, anger or rejection, it causes blocks in our energy system. Our energy system is similar to the wiring in a house. When we have a short in the wiring, the energy flow stops and something quits working. When we have a block or disruption in our energy system it stops the energy to an area in our body and keeps it from working properly. EFT removes the block and frees the energy to move properly. We often accumulate energy blocks like the layers of an onion and need to “unpeel” the layers one at a time.
These energy blocks can cause problems like diabetes, depression, allergies, serious disease, and hormone imbalance. The primary tools that I use are Theta Healing and EFT –which stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Theta Healing website is www.thetahealing.com , and EFT website is www.emofree.com.
The Theta brainwave is the slow brain wave that we are in just before we go to sleep and just as we are waking up. As the practitioner, I use this brainwave to do medical intuitive work, and “read” the body for problems. The problems are usually in the form of emotional blocks, that we release. The part of the body which was blocked has more energy and the ability to heal. Theta Healing was started by Vianna Stibal, whom I have taken several classes from. She is an amazing person with a remarkable story.
To use EFT we tap on certain energy points on the acupressure meridians, while telling the body what emotion to release. As we tap on the energy points the emotion seems to break up and is released, allowing the energy to flow properly again. Gary Craig is the founder of EFT, and has made this technique available to any who would like to use it. I have taken a class from him, and have learned much about releasing emotion and what miracles can occur from that simple principle.
“Some day the medical profession will wake up and realize that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools... as it is for me. ”
